3Juin is an up-and-coming name to watch in the shoe world for its feel-good designs and sweet spot price points.
Sisters Perla, Antonia, and Margherita Alessandri brought together their collective experiences of growing up in the world of shoemaking – their family owns the renown Italian manufacturer Grey Mer Srl – to create a brand that’s young, upbeat, and up-to-date with the modern-day fashion landscape.
The brand’s name 3Juin is a reference to them being three sisters and the day the brand was launched, June 3rd 2020, which also marks the day Italy came out of its first national lockdown last year. In other words there’s a lot of emotion, family love, and creativity poured into the brand and the result is positive, optimistic collections which are bound to make women smile.
Think strappy sandals in disco-inspired metallic shades; playful feather embellishments; and cool candy-coloured clogs. The idea was to offer a real variety in the range to reflect the different personalities of the three sisters and as a result, touch as many women as possible.
Their campaigns embrace the same attitude, with women of all ages dancing around and sporting Clueless-inspired outfits.
The brand is also looking ahead and investing in sustainability and new green materials, with a new vegan collection launching for fall 2021 and featuring animal-free textiles and regenerated soles. A pair of wet-look, PVC-effect booties in the capsule are a real highlight.
The ultimate aim? To marry traditional ‘Made in Italy’ craftsmanship with the forward-thinking attitude of a young, modern company.
