The beauty entrepreneur and fellow Bottega shoe addict’s Instagram account will offer you a mix of beauty, fashion and much-needed source of motivation.
During these trying times, we’re all in need of a hefty dose of inspiration — and motivation to keep going. Beauty entrepreneur and author Maria Hatzistefanis, also known as @mrsrodial on Instagram, might prove to be the perfect source. As the founder and chief executive officer of beauty brands Rodial and Nip and Fab, she has plenty of stories to tell about leadership, entrepreneurship and self-improvement – as well as an insider tip or ten, when it comes to beauty and fashion.
You’ll find it all across her beautifully curated, mostly black-and-white Instagram feed which varies from weekly motivational quotes and insights into how to improve yourself, to the latest Rodial skin care and makeup she uses and plenty of shoe shots of her impressive collection that ranges from Off-White sneakers, some very cool pointed-toe sandals by Y-Project and Bottegas galore. It’s the perfect mix between escapism – with all the glamorous fashion, celebrity sightings and red carpet appearances – and reality, as Hatzistefanis is not afraid to give honest advice and share her setbacks too, as she films snapshots of her day on her stories.
Anyone can be an entrepreneur but this is not a career for everyone” – Maria Hatzistefanis.
Following her journey on Instagram is also a perfect taster of all her other exciting projects which include a podcast and her new book, “How to Make it Happen,” which follows on from her first best-selling book, “Overnight Success.” In it, Hatzistefanis charts some of her biggest failures with refreshing honesty and offers many practical tips on how to learn from set backs, turn them into success and stay on track with your goals.
Maria’s way of communicating speaks to us in a realistic, down-to-earth manner that resonates with me and my everyday life. I’ve recently been starting my mornings with a chapter of her audio book, which works as an inspiring mantra to prepare me for the day,” said Sandra Hagelstam.
